US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton sent a warining to Tehran on Sunday saying that the world "will not wait indefinitely" for it to meet its obligations on its nuclear plans.
"The international community will not wait indefinitely for evidence that Iran is prepared to live up to its international obligations," Clinton said after talks in London with Foreign Secretary David Miliband.

As I understand it, it is the United States that is failing to live up to its international obligations, at least in part to its obligations under the nuclear non-proliferation treaty in which Iran is not only allowed to build and make fuel rods for power stations, but the United States is OBLIGATED to assist Iran in building their power stations under Article IV of that same treaty.
In addition, the Charter of the United Nations makes it an international obligation to investigate and prosecute war crimes wherever they may be found. Not only is the United States failing to investigate the allegations of torture of prisoners and extraction of confessions under torture, but has openly blocked the United nations form taking action with regard to Israel war crimes in Gaza, making the US an accessory after the fact to those war crimes.
Again, it is the United States, nor Iran, which is failing to live up to its International Obligations.
